When you Pre-Order your bear you will only pay £25.00 deposit.  The £25.00 deposit amount will be deducted from the final balance due on this bear once it arrives. This is your reservation.  Once the balance due is paid then we will dispatch your bear and update you with tracking details.
 
Delivery dates are not guaranteed and a bear can take up to 12 months to arrive to us from Charlie Bears due to the hand made nature of the bears. We have no date for delivery of this item yet.
 
Deposits are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable as we could have sold the item if it had not been reserved for you.
