We now offer Worldwide shipping rates, the prices for delivery are shown at checkout.
YOU the buyer are responsible for any taxes or duty payable upon delivery.

All our products are sent using a tracked service, tracking numbers are updated to your order upon dispatch.

Your order may be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch. Once your order has been packed, posted or collected by courier from us then we are unable to cancel your order. There may be a small £2 charge if your order has been packed prior to your cancellation. This is to cover packaging.
While we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our terms, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused. Any shortages, discrepancies and transit damages must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of order.
The customer is requested to examine the goods as soon as reasonably possible, and should fault in the product be found we should be advised of such fault as soon as reasonably possible. Our products are all checked prior to dispatch and most of our orders are recorded being packed.

It is you the customers responsibility to ensure you have read the item description fully and that you are aware of the sizing of the item and the contents of the package.

All orders are posted using tracked postage and a signature is required on delivery.

All our animals are checked by us prior to being wrapped, packaged in protective packaging.
The items leave us in perfect condition and will arrive with you like this.

Overseas orders: If duties or taxes are left unpaid or the item is unclaimed then the item MAY be returned to us by the courier. In these cases there is a returns charge made to us by the courier.

If the item is returned to us then we will offer to re-send the package at an additional postage charge PLUS the extra costs we have incurred OR you can opt to have your order refunded, LESS the extra costs we have incurred and a restocking charge of 10% of the order total (a £5 minimum charge per order).
Return & Exchange Policy
We are happy to accept returns for refund within 14 days of receipt of goods.
All return costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. All return items are the responsibility of the customer, and it is the customer's duty to make sure the goods are sent back using tracked delivery. We are unable to refund postage charges on the initial order or return postage charges. If you wish to return your item to us then please contact us by email first for return instructions.

Any item returned to us must be unused, and in its original condition and in the original packaging. If the label is missing or broken on the item then we will cannot accept a return, so we advise making sure that you are happy with the colour and design before removing the tags. We charge a £5 restocking fee towards the packaging that we use and the time taken to pack and dispatch your order. In addition, when you have received free postage, if the item is returned to us we will refund you less the postage we paid to post the item out to you.

All of our plushies are checked thoroughly before they are packaged for any defects or faults, these are extremely rare however if you are concerned at all please do drop us an email and we will endeavor to help with your queries.
